If you have found property that belongs to you, you may claim the property by filling out a claim form. The claim form is located in the property search database at http://scoweb.sco.ca.gov/UCP/. The "Property Details" page, which will show up when you have located your property, includes a link to "Claim this Property" or "Print a Blank Affirmation Form". Follow the instructions to fill out the claim form. Once your claim is received by our office, the property is removed from the public Web site while your claim is being processed.
