The Property Tax Collection Standards and Procedures Program (formerly the Tax-Defaulted Land Program) instructs, advises and directs county tax collectors as to their duties under the law in the collection of property taxes, tax delinquency procedures, tax sales, tax defaults, redemptions, and the management and disposition of tax-defaulted property.
